Isle of Faith has a sister church in Punta Brava Cuba. On this page we will post the latest news from Pastor Antonio, who is also the District Superintindent of the Methodist Church in the Havana District.

A team of volunteers just returned from Cuba and report that Pastor Antonio was very grateful for the lap top and the funds provided by Isle of Faith! Here is a picture of Antonio receiving funds from Isle of Faith!

We are happy to hear from you and for us it is a great blessing to receive your email. Thanks once again to the Isle of Faith Church and your love to help our church in Punta Brava.  We are very grateful.

Please tell your church this week that in Punta Brava we will be fasting and praying. We have declared this week as the week of glory, with worship of power and where we have asked God to bless us with new miracles.

Hello Brother Mike. (Mike Oakes is Isle of Faith's Cuba Mission Coordinator)

News from you and Isle of Faith always fills us with great joy. All of us at our church here in Punta Brava are glad to hear from you.

 Today we began the summer bible school, where we teach the Bible to many children and young people and adults as well. The attendance this night was 145.  We congregated into the evening this Saturday… and  Sunday, tomorrow, we hope to have 200 children gathered.

 It will be something special.

I will be sending photos of the windows and our worshiping of His power and glory.

God is pouring out with power. We prayed two Sundays in the Church for a little girl who has convulsions -  always one after another. The parents requested permission in the hospital to bring it to the Church, the doctors agreed and we prayed for her. We prayed for the glory of God for two weeks. The convulsions totally disappeared - glory to God – it is something special. Doctors are quiet and do not know what to say, but God’s work is perfect.  Her parents say all that was God.
