Acts 2-4 - Emergency one time (within 12 month) financial assistance for those in Isle of Faith's family (rent, utilities, gas money, prescriptions etc.). Church members donate money to this fund which is distributed on an as needed basis determined by the pastor and church staff. You can donate to this fund one time or sign up to be regular partner. Adopt A Road - Isle of Faith has adopted San Pablo Road from Atlantic Boulevard to Osprey Pointe as part of the "Clean it up, Green it up" campaign. Teams of volunteers don reflective vests and carry plastic garbage bags and pick up trash along the roadway. B.E.A.M. - Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry assists the needy in the beaches and west intracoastal areas of Jacksonville.  Provides emergency food and school supplies. 7-23-10: Emergency food needed! Click here for list!

http://www.jaxbeam.org/ Each child receives gently used clothing, new socks and underwear, new backpack, a shoe voucher for new shoes, a free eye screening by Lenscrafters, sign up for a library card and a hot dog lunch. There will also be a dental van for dental check-ups and fillings.

Blood Alliance Bloodmobile  - Isle of Faith hosts the area Blood Alliance Bloodmobile on a Sunday during worship hours approximately every 10-11 weeks, which is spaced so that a donor could give each time at IOF. SHARE the gift of life with our community. To find the next Sunday the Bloodmobile will visit Isle of Faith, check the church events calendar here.The Blood Alliance is offering IOF donors a chance to win free tickets to a movie studio based Orlando Theme Park (we cannot be more specific but you know where that is!) if 8 or more IOF people sign up by using the Blood Alliance's new online donor registry.  If you have difficulty registering, Contact Kim Larsen who can help you the first time. Food Certificates - Provides small amount ($5 grocery store cards) of money to provide temporary assistance for food while someone is waiting for an appointment with agencies. Your donation to this fund would be helpful! Contact Debbie Giroux            Sign me up!

Helping Hands Ministry - This ministry in Atlantic Beach provides emergency relief for homeless families, including help with housing, clothing and furniture. This ministry maintains an emergency food pantry.
HHM Volunteer needs:
Maintain Food - stock shelves and compile individual food kits. Once/week or once every other week. Any day EXCEPT Wednesay.
Sort clothes - for clothes give-away every three months. (clothes are donated to Helping Hands Ministry from Dignity U Wear. Not accepting general clothes donations)
Set up (8 am), take down (1 pm), for clothing give-aways.
IOF Need: Team Captain for this mission.
Hours of operation: Tuesday through Friday 10 am - 2 pm. People needing assistance can walk-in to 31 Lewis Street, Atlantic Beach. They will be asked to complete a USDA form for food assistance. Contact James Stackhouse. Contact Helping Hands Ministry at 635-7065. Sign me up!

Hodges Cluster Homes -  A group from Isle of Faith visits with the severely disabled residents on the second Saturday of the month at 9:30 am. They bring joy through music, Bible stories and a visit from the team's mascot, "Huggy Bear." Volunteers are welcome! Contact Kathy White. Sign me up!

Meals On Wheels - Isle of Faith sends teams of two people to deliver prepared meals to shut-ins. One day per week or volunteers may alternate with another team. To volunteer with this mission, contact Paul Grafton. Sign me up! http://www.urbanjacksonville.org/meals.html

Mission House Soup Kitchen - Isle of Faith cooks and serves the dinner meal at the Soup Kitchen at the Mission House in Jacksonville Beach on the 4th Friday of the month.
